Bookings and service delivery

Booking times and turnaround estimates are provided in good faith and may change based on inspection, parts availability, and workload. We will communicate updates through the platform when possible.

Payments

Where online payment is available, payments are processed through third‑party providers. Fees, refunds, and chargeback handling follow the provider’s rules and applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIQ Auto Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
